Job Description

In this position you will provide support for AFLCMC/WW supporting B-2, B-1, B-52, A-10 engineers, PMs, loggies, and other support positions (Security, CM/DM, etc. for work under the EPASS WPAFB - WW Crosscutter Contract support at WPAFB, Tinker AFB, Hill AFB and Whiteman AFB. This will primarily be accomplished through leadership and coordination with Task Leads and Subcontractor Leads. This position includes an operational growth support requirement to include identifying leads, capture, teaming, and proposal support.

Essential Job Functions:

The platforms and systems are USAF fixed wing assets and related systems support. 

This position requires interfacing with the government customers to ensure quality of contracted work by the workforce and reporting requirements are met; working with HR, the customer, and subs to ensure staffing requirements are met; leading and managing DCS personnel and subcontractors and prime(s) on contract tasks, resolving issues and motivating performance; assist in BD opportunity identification, capture, teaming, and proposal development, and serve as the DCS program lead ensuring reporting requirements are met to include all CDRLs.

This position will support approximately 180 employees and subcontractor employees across four major geographic locations.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.  

A Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of ten years of relevant experience is required. 

An active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance, if required, within one year of start.

Motivated individual that is networked into both WPAFB and the local community.

Leadership skills to effectively staff and execute the mission, inspire and grow the workforce's skills and leadership to advance their career growth in accordance with individual goals.

Proven acumen and ability to assist in the identification, capture and proposal of business development opportunities.

Frequent CONUS travel required.
