DCS Corp has an immediate opening for a LAV Technical Analyst position to work in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, supporting and serving, as a liaison, between PM LAV SAUDI ARABIAN NATIONAL GUARD, and SAUDI ARABIAN NATIONAL GUARD LAV Units. The position exists to communicate reliability, availability, and maintainability issues of the SAUDI ARABIAN NATIONAL GUARD LAV platforms in support of operational readiness.

Essential Job Functions:

Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all operational readiness data in support of the SAUDI ARABIAN NATIONAL GUARD LAV fleet in support to the PM SAUDI ARABIAN NATIONAL GUARD LAV office and all stakeholders.

Facilitate outreach and communication efforts to enhance relationships between PM LAV SAUDI ARABIAN NATIONAL GUARD and all stakeholders.

Interfaces will all stakeholders to support organizational level operations to include, operational readiness, and updates to PM LAV SAUDI ARABIAN NATIONAL GUARD, and external stakeholders.

Applies PM LAV SAUDI ARABIAN NATIONAL GUARD concepts, practices, processes, and procedures on all PM LAV SAUDI ARABIAN NATIONAL GUARD assignments and may be assigned additional assignments as required.

Provide feedback to management and customer to clarify all Requests for Information (RFI).

Provide liaison support to all SAUDI ARABIAN NATIONAL GUARD LAV Units located at all strategic locations and sites within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Draft contractual correspondence, including meeting minutes and all presentation materials in required. Act as Analysts liaison to PM LAV SAUDI ARABIAN NATIONAL GUARD for any and all additional fielding purposes as required.

Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve data and technical issues.

Provide data quality feedback to customer, PM LAV SAUDI ARABIAN NATIONAL GUARD Office, and Management.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Must currently possess or have eligibility for a SECRET security clearance.

Must have a High School Diploma/GED and 10 years, or a Associates with 4 years, or a Bachelors with 2 years of experience.

Must be capable of obtaining/maintaining a valid U.S. passport.

Must be willing to relocate to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Must be fully capable and qualified of OCONUS Deployment to include physically and mentally fit to process through CRC (CONUS Replacement Center).

Provide or obtain a Commercial Driver’s License – minimum Class B if not Class A Obtain International Drivers Permit through AAA.

Must have experience and knowledge of Light Armored Vehicle (LAV).

Must have basic understanding and experience in C5ISR networking, Troubleshooting, and Diagnostic methods.

Must have a basic understanding of Military Platform Technical Inspection Procedures.

Ability to clearly communicate all requirements or updates throughout all customers and stakeholders. Must possess clear writing skills.

Must be fully capable of reading and understanding Technical Data Packages.

Ability to speak to customer and management in a instructional format covering program updates/highlights. Intermittent travel throughout the country to support multiple sites will be required.

Must possess a high-level proficiency that includes utilizing Microsoft Applications: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (all Microsoft office products.

Possess good interpersonal skills (both for written and oral communications); and be capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Able to endure extended time frames in austere environments.

Desired Skills:

Position is preferred for expatriates that has worked within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Ability to understand basic Arabic, to be able to translate specific manuals for the LAV platform, and to maintain transparency with customer needs.

Experience working on any variation of the LAV platform and understanding of the combat vehicle layout.

Core base understanding of current C4/C5ISR equipment.

Ability to understand and read one-wire diagram, electrical component diagram, mechanical layout diagram.

Experience in using diagnostic and measurement tools such as VSWR, Milli-ohm Meter, Voltmeter.

Experience creating or maintaining metrics or other performance reports using Microsoft office or Adobe based products.

Product knowledge and defense industry or military experience.
