Logistics Technician in support of IFTS Department 

Essential Job Functions:

Review inventory lists deficiencies.

Update records in a computer system (data entry).

Stage and sort products for packaging and transport.

Sort and place parts in racks or other designated areas.

Package finished products for shipping/storage.

Mark items, using identification tag, stamp, or electronic marking tool or other labeling equipment.

Prepare items for required build kits.

Report weekly status/ list of accomplishments.

File requisitions or requests for materials.

Assemble product containers.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. citizenship is required.

Must have a high school diploma plus 3 years of relevant experience.

Must be able to receive an interim or active security clearance.

Must be able to occasionally lift/move items up to 50 lbs.

Be able to work independently.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Skills:

Experience with MS Office Suite of tools.

Experience in office and shipping/receiving/clerical tasks.
