The Contractor shall accomplish tasks through the use of software programs/ databases including but not limited to: ConWrite, Contract Data System; SDW, FedBizOpps, EDA, Federal Procurement Data System-Next Generation, MOCAS, Contracting Business Intelligence Service Account, and AF Data Services. The Contractor may be required to learn to use other commercial or specialized computer applications.

Essential Job Functions:

The Contractor shall support preparation of contract documentation, contract distribution functions, correspondence, as well as database support and computer applications. The Contractor shall perform tasks to include providing support to the customer for the development, award, management and measurement, including contract closeout.

The Contractor shall be proficient in appropriate contract writing system, closeout tasks, and preparing contract file documentation. The Contractor shall perform contract distribution functions for the entire organization.

The Contractor shall be proficient in creating, retrieving and requesting appropriate contracting reports, as required.

Provide assistance in the preparation of procurements for the review and approval of B-2 Division COs.

Provide assistance in the preparation of contracts and modifications as well as solicitations and amendments to solicitations for approval and issuance by the B-2 Division’s COs.

Provide assistance to the customer in the preparation of source selection material and subsequent reports.

The Contractor shall enter and implement Government-approved updates to contractual documentation in the contract writing system. The Contractor shall access, populate, and analyze information in contract writing system databases. The Contractor shall identify potential issues / concerns for Government consideration.

Provide support for audit and/or report requests made by the AFLCMC, AFMC, DCAA, DCMA, DFAS, or other Governmental agencies.

Assist B-2 Division COs in tracking contract milestones.

Assist in coordinating with the DFAS or other paying activities to ensure timely payment of vouchers and obligation/de-obligation of funds.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A High School Diploma plus twenty years of experience, a Bachelor's degree plus fifteen years or a Master's degree plus twelve years of experience is required.

Requires an active Secret security clearance.
