Job Description

DCS Corporation is currently seeking applications for Training and Development Specialist (Journeyman level) interested in providing technical products and services support for the United States Marine Corps Future Systems and other Future and Fielded Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems (ATC&LS). The work is being performed at the Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) located in St. Inigoes, MD.

Essential Job Functions:

Researches and analyzes new or revised technical documentation and information concerning advancements in ATC&LS technology.

Designs, develops, and conducts structured work-related training and development programs to improve individual skills or organizational performance to include training manuals, presentation materials, and courses of study related to the operation and maintenance of ATC&LS.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A High School Diploma/GED plus ten years of experience, an Associate's degree plus seven years or a Bachelor's degree plus three years of experience is required.

Active Secret Security Clearance.

At least three years of experience in training development with at least one year of experience with the Navy or other DoD activities related to ATC&LS.
